Our room was located next to the laundry room so we woke up to the sound of the washing machine. It was difficult to go to sleep as the guests above us had the TV at a very loud level. We only stayed there one night but it was very clean and the staff was very good. The TV didnt work in our original room and as soon as I told the front desk staff he switched us to a different room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cheap hotel for the night.

If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel at the last minute, this is exactly what you're looking for. You get what you pay for -- an inexpensive room that's more than adequate and comfortable. My only small complaint was that they don't carry conditioner for my girlfriend.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had is that noise from adjoining rooms kept us awake (television, footsteps overhead.)

Not a bad experience at all. Clean and comfortable. Wish they had irons in the rooms, but we got one at the front desk. No pillow cases on pillows, that's my only complaint. Everything else was great for the price.

Seems like this the place that most of the construction workers pick. My room was on the ground floor. At 5am each morning it sounded like cattle were being herded above me on the second floor. I would image that the builder of this hotel saw no need for sound prrofing. So anyway I got up the cattle.

We booked the hotel for five nights in spite of the bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are very spacious and had all the amenities we expected. The towels and bed linen were clean and changed regularly. We would recommend to anyone who does not expect a luxury accommodation.

I stayed at the super 8 twice when visiting friends at nearby Marist College. It was about 10 minutes from the school, and pretty clean. Slight smell in the hallway but our room was clean and everything worked well. Decent size tvs in the room. Upon checking in I was informed that my reservation stated smoking room and there was nothing they could do to change it because the hotel was booked. The lobby and stairwell looked like they had not been vaccuumed in days. When we got upstairs to our floor there was a terrible smell, due to someone leaving wet laundry piled up on a table in the laundry […] area. The blanket on the bed was old, full of pulls and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. When we were leaving to check out the stairway had cereal spilled all over it. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason we booked here was because there were no other available hotels in the area. Ok. Didn't expext anything more than a clean room on my journey. Hall smelled musty. Room smelled musty. Sheets were stained yellow. Hole in one of the sheets. Room seemed dirty to me . Left most of my clothes on because sheets simply weren't white. Neither were the towels. I think the experience will keep me away from all Super 8's. You can trust the […] name or you can't . The owners should understand that cutting costs to the point that the amenities are substandard might result in a short term profit, but in the end will cost them business. The "free" breakfast is a joke. We couldn't even drink the coffee. We ate breakfast out each morning. It was a third-world experience.

safety issue of concern: 1. no handicap bar or support was found in our unit in the tub/shower area. 2 no bath mat slip resistent material was found in our unit to prevent elderly / children from potential falling due to soap /shampoo residue - desk staff provided an extra cloth fabric bath mat to compensate for the slippery surface. quiet location […] was a plus. Our check out statement on our pre paid visit was provided in my name, but all data contained on that sheet did not match my reservation. Continental breakfast not very good .Some odd characters hanging around by hotel . Room was clean and comfortable , hotel staff courteous .

Friendly, helpful service. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Larger than standard rooms.

I recent stayed at the Super 8 for the night for a bachelorette party and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were a decent size and very clean. The continental breakfast didn't have much, but for such a cheap rate, it wasn't a necessity. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The exterior of the hotel was very dreary, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the interior, lobby and rooms. Our room and bathroom were very clean and up to date, as was the entire interior of the hotel.

We has reserved a room with two queen beds and a refrig. We checked in to the room and two queen beds but no refrig. They did change the room but this time we gor the refrig but full size beds. The wall paper in one of the corners was taped and the bedspread was so thin or ripped that you could see the filling. You could also hear the people walking […] around on the top floor. I wouldn't stay there again. the pillows didn't even have covers on them and you could see the stains all over the pillows. disgusting.

the room had a really odd odor. we opened both windows, though one did not have a screen.at first we thought it was different cleaning suppliles, but the more i thought about it, i think they had treated the room for bugs and we were smelling residual pesticide. other than that, the room was okay. we did not see any bugs.

Stayed there since they quoted internet availability so I could do work. Could not connect at a speed strong enough to browse or get into my companies intranet. Also, Family over my head made noise half the night so sleep was impossible.
