Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel - Henderson

The room was good. The front-desk staff was helpful and the breakfast in the morning was great. The only thing is that there wasn't much in the neighborhood and I did see some homeless people near the hotel.

I was very pleased with this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and very nice for the price. I used the computer in the lobby, swam in the pool, and peeked in at the exercise room. I've stayed in some cheap places in Vegas, some quite worrysome. This place was better than the more expensive places I've stayed. Everything was in good condition, well maintained. Plus points: very good quality hotel, nicely appointed and very clean room, small pool, excellent free breakfast and wifi, did not feel like a budget hotel at all. Negative points: don't stay without a car, situated within a strip of industrial units along Boulder highway, nearest decent restaurants about 3 miles away.

Very happy with my 3 day stay. Breakfast (included) was incredibly good. Very clean and comfortable room. No problems with the Wi-Fi. Only thing I would mention is that there are no restaurants within walking distance.

We where very happy with our stay at the Best Western in Henderson, Nv. It is located on the old main street of Henderson (Boulder Hwy), so it has good access to every thing in Henderson. It is was very quite because it is far enough from the freeway that carries the many traffic through Henderson but within 5 minutes of the freeway.

I read a few reviews for Best Western and it seemed like the right choice for us because we didn't want to deal with the crowded hotels on the strip. In my reservation I stated I was traveling with a toddler. I'm guessing that is why they put me in a far corner room across from the ice machine with the dumpster just outside our window. I also did not have any WIFI in the room which I was counting on using to help keep my toddler entertained on the iPad. (I got WIFI in the lobby so it wasn't the iPad, […] I must have been out of range in my room) The room was really nice other than having the noises on each end of the room and the fact that I had a shower stall and not bath tub. I didn't realize I needed to request a room with a bath tub. The view out of our window was old run down tow yard with broken, run down cars. Considering this and the dumpters I didn't' feel it was safe to look out the window for fear of witnessing something I shouldn't. Overall, stay was ok, but since I am 6 months pregnant traveling with a 2 year old the issues listed above could have been better and made my stay easier. I was in town visiting family for 4 days so I was at least able to use their bathtub to bathe my toddler who refused the shower because she was scared of it. Upon my checkout I was going to mention these issues but the front desk clerk didn't ask and told me that I didn't even need to check out with him since I paid in full already. Not a bad little place, nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding ambiance wasn't that great though, so if you're looking for that keep looking. We were just looking for a nice, affordable and clean place to stay while visiting some relatives and this fit the bill just fine.

The rooms are great but everytime we stay here I tell the front desk that the time before they charge my card twice once for 59.00 and then 45.00 which the room was already paid for. I asked them to make sure my card was only charged there 20.00 fee. The next day my card was charge AGAIN for 68.00 and then 27.00. We rolled in on a night flight, and were impressed by the friendly front desk staff. We asked for a non-smoking room, but my allergies let me know in 15 minutes that it was a smoking room. It was a very clean basic hotel. breakfast was very good. Hot fresh food but over at 0930 sharp. no other meals available onsite. I called the front desk several times they never answered. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar was not. I was not pleased that they allow dogs in the rooms. We often heard barking and dog noises, why is this a good idea? Pets compromise cleanliness and are a bad idea.

The hotel is very nice. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only negative is the location. This seems to be an industrial area, near some more run down homes and businesses. However, that did not really detract from the quality of the facility.

I was in Vegas for the Monster Motorcycle Races. I arrived about 12:30 in the afternoon, wanted to get check in then get to the track. Was told, somewhat rudely, that check in was 3pm.
