Highly recommend. Beautiful room...very nice roomy bathroom. Mattress was awesome, clean room and comfortable furniture...lots of TV's.. We had a river view room which was nice but need to get window washers...very dirty windows for such a nice Hotel.

Wonderful Hotel.. But if you’re staying there for the Casino- The Casino is full smoking without good vents... Very hard to stay in long time if you’re a non-smoker. The customer service of the restaurants not good either... A shame because the Hotel rooms were very nice

EXCELLENT HOTEL EXCEPT MAID SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. COULD NOT TELL IF MAID CLEAN ROOM ON 2ND DAY. 3RD DAY SKIPPED ENTIRELY CALL FOR ROOM SERVICE BUT THEY NEVER DID SHOW UP.

The pool - indoor/outdoor, and hot tubs were the most inviting. Having underground music in the water was a nice touch! Only wish the spa service prices were more affordable. Glad t see the added security to ensure only paying guests have the privilege to use the facilities. Hotel workers were courteous and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful though a normal casino quality bed. Service in the restaurants was not impressive as we had to get our bags and check out while we waited over an hour for our breakfast at the diner. The funny thing is our waitress thanked us for not complaining as most people do.

From the quality of the room and furnishings, 3 TV's including one in the bath, to the choice of 4 restaurants on the property, to the outdoor pool and spa, I truly felt I was being pampered for a price 1/2 of what others charge! What an extraordinary value! I highly recommend!

It was clean and nice, but one of the main reasons I booked my room is because it had a hot tub. The drain on the tub was messed up it wouldn't hold water good. So we just crashed instead of getting to enjoy it. The rest of the room was ok. We wouldn't have spent the kind of money on just a room and bed, but oh well.

Hotel is great but it would be nice to have room service available 24-7. I like the casino but the cobblestone walkways are really difficult for someone like me who has to use a walker. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Room was excellent. Very similar in layout to Venetian in Las Vegas. Hotel was quiet during the week, but got a bit raucus and noisy on the weekend. Two of the restaurants were closed for renovations so breakfast wasn't up to par, but we had a very nice dinner at Bugatti's. We would stay there again.

We visited the Ameristar in Blackhawk, Colordao. That was an excellent casino. I would rate them with 5 stars. The Ameristar in Missouri was very disappointing. I would only rate it 1 star. The whole experience was very relaxful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool and spa were clean and very nice. We especially enjoyed swimming from the inside pool to the outside where it was snowing. It was a great wintertime getaway.

I was impressed from check-in to check-out. Valet service was top noch and fast. Check-in clerk was helpful and fast. The late night restaurant was also fast, and helpful. Food was pretty good for late night snacks. I would stay again. Also, my non-smoking room was just that...!

Did not get the type of room I was told when booking through Hotels.com. I booked a Luxury Suite and instead got a room with two Queen beds. Other then that our stay was excellent.

The room was immaculate and exceeded my expectations of "comfortable." At check-in and following, the staff was courteous and welcoming. Located near downtown St. Charles, the surrounding area is definitely worth an afternoon visit. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, entertainment, and fun!
