Hotel Sevilla - Incheon

I stayed 2 nights and wanted to be located next to the airport. 50min train to the center. Hotel met my expectations. Overall good experience.

Room was about 85 degrees when we arrived at 1AM. After unsuccessfully fumbling with AC myself, I called down to the desk. Attendant spent about 5 minutes on the phone trying to talk me through it and eventually he just came up to my room. Then he spent about 10 minutes unsuccessfully fumbling through all the controls. He'd push a button a few times, […] trying to figure out what it did, and then told me what we'd both just observed it doing.... So, we never figured out how to set a temperature. I just left it on FULL all night long and when I woke up it was still 80 degrees in there. Also, after our very short night, I had a wake-up call set for 7AM, but the front-desk forwarded a non-urgent call to my room about 6:30AM...a half-hour BEFORE my wake-up call. They easily could (and I think SHOULD) have just taken a message for me or asked the person call back in a 1/2 hour, instead of waking me up early. I hate to say it, but I blame them for a miserable night. A well run, efficent hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Reliable airport transportation. I'd say the continental breakfast is not worth the extra 11,000 yuan. Many nearby restaurants but it may be hard to find western food.

Overall good value for the money. It's an older hotel, but reasonably priced. Good pickup service at Incheon airport. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport via a hotel van. The bathroom was cold for some reason. (It was in February.) The staff we dealt with all spoke English reasonably well. Front desk receptionist was very helpful.

Hotel staffs were able to speak and understand English and they were very helpful with my request.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Location easy to get to train to seoul. Airport shuttle was prompt and clean. Would stay again!

I stayed in the hotel for an early flight out of incheon. I booked a Suite cause I could tell from the low price of the regular rooms I was going to be disappointed so I wanted to off set the comfort factor. I have stayed overnight at this hotel twice now - close to the international airport, efficient service, clean, relatively comfortable (for a Korean style bed) and the airport shuttle is handy. It's also good value for money.

They picked us up at Incheon airport for free. The shuttle only took about 15 minutes. Rooms were pretty nice and clean. Very very friendly staff. They went out of there way for some of our requests. Very friendly.

I appreciated the hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service, and High-speed Internet access.

I was quite happy with Hotel Sevilla. The room was clean and reasonably nice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. And spoke english (for the most part) The buffet breakfast was cold and fairly uninspired, but we ate it anyway. I would stay there again.

I had to stay the night at ICN and my choice of stay was Sevilla. The hotel's a small building but very clean and hospitable. They were able to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. Location is near the airport, however the surrounding neighborhood is very boring. It's about 30 min to 40 min to get to Incheon. The airport shuttle service was convenient and very professional. I arrived around 23:00 and went to the Information desk who called the hotel, and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and front desk staff was professional and helpful. Great staff and a very comfortable room . We used the dining room for both Dinner and Breakfast. Transfers went as they said it would, no hassles at all. The area around the hotel was nice to have a stroll around and get a feel for the real everyday Korea, very pleasant.

If you just need a place to rest before your next flight, this is the hotel for you.

We only stayed one night on each leg of our flight from Atlanta to Xiamen China. Room was clean and on site restaurant was ok, but I would not pick this location for a longer stay. The staff was very nice and professional and we noticed several airline flight crews were staying in the hotel. We stayed at This hotel one night due to a early morning flight out of Incheon International airport. This hotel was so nice, affordable clean, comfortable as well as convient to the airport. The front desk was very business like and the counterperson spoke excellent english. They offer FREE shuttle service to & From the airport. Small hotel. It is suitable for staying one night for the early flight at Incheon International Airport.

早朝便を使う際には、空港から近いこともあり便利ですが、部屋の窓は小さく建物も古いため長期滞在には向きません。ホテル近くには飲食店が結構ありますが、言葉が通じない上に、どちらかというと高めの値段設定なので市街地のほうがずっといいように思います。あくまでも前泊のときに1泊だけということで我慢するのであれば、いいかもしれませんが。。。

深夜到着・早朝出発の際、或いは一泊のみの出張には、私にとって欠かすことのできないホテルです。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、スポンジ、櫛、剃刀に至るまで全て揃っており、無料のペットボトル水と缶のお茶も提供してくれます。部屋は常に清潔を保っており、気持ちよく過ごせます。そして、何よりスタッフが素晴らしいと思います。

インチョン空港からの無料送迎あり。リーズナブルな価格でありながらホテルスタッフの質の高さは、非常に魅力的である。

ホテルは送迎のサービスがあり、仁川空港到着後に電話をすれば、およそ10分で出発階3階の7番出口を出て、横断歩道を渡った一般用の送迎レーンへ迎えに来てくれ、また、仁川空港出発便搭乗の際は、予約をすれば迎車に乗車した場所と同じ場所へ送ってくれる。勿論、送りの場合は、定時のダイヤがあるので、それに合わせて予約する必要がある。 ホテルスタッフは、いつ行っても素晴らしい。このホテルを選ぶ理由の筆頭は、やはり彼ら彼女らの笑顔や人柄に接することができることである。

到着したとき、受付の方が日本語を話せる優しくて親切な方で大変助かった。 部屋は広く清潔で、ウォシュレットもあって良いかんじだった。 ただ、立地については評価しがたいが、空港から少し遠めなのかもしれないと感じた。 夜遅く着いたのでタクシーを使ったのだが、30000ウォンかかった（韓国人の友達に聞くと、ぼられた可能性があるとのこと。ただ、タクシーに乗る前に30000ウォンという金額をむこうが提示したうえでこちらの意向を聞いていた。） 自分は予めホテルへの連絡をせずにタクシーを使ったけれど、もしかしたら何かピックアップのサービスがあったのかもしれない。 それから朝、インチョン空港までの無料バスを出してくれたのがありがたかった。

Sevilla on hyvä ja edullinen nukkumapaikka, jos haluat herätä aamulla läheltä lentokenttää. Huone oli erittäin iso, siisti ja asiallinen. ホテルは綺麗なビジネスホテルでした。 トイレとシャワーの間に扉がないので、水がトイレの方までいってしまい、滑りやすかったです。
