Never stayed at a club quarters before so didn't know what to expect. While things felt a little small, it was everything I needed in a business trip... clean, quiet, easy internet connectivity, filtered water available, gym,... all in a great location.

I don't know how this hotel had a four star guest rating. It's appears to be a set of small efficiency apartments that are sold as hotel rooms when not rented. I'm not sure what the "club" part of it is, as the hotel had two different names. The room was about 90 degrees when I arrived in early spring (cold outside) with no way to cool it down. If you're looking for a box to sleep in and can get it for a lot less than I was paying, then it might be worth it, but the rate I had for the nights I was there was almost as much as I would have paid at a much nicer hotel down the street. I stayed in a "small room", which seriously is the size of a dorm room at best. However, the purpose of the room was to have a place to sleep and shower, and it definitely served that purpose. This hotel is ideal for people who just need a clean and comfortable room and aren't looking for luxury. The rooms are small but adequate, the decorating simple and not over the top, and there are few frills. Most importantly, the service is courteous and the coffee is good.

The Central Loop Hotel was in a great location, was clean, had a friendly and helpful staff, and a great price for the area! The only think I thought was a little off-putting was that each room did not have an iron; you have to retrieve an iron and ironing board from a closet on your floor and drag it down the hall yourself. The room was nice for a quick getaway but the double room is too small for 3 female adults. I would recommend a sink and mirror conviently placed outside the bath room also when two queen are requested the guest should be notified it no room with two queens just one queen and a pull out CHAIR

The hotel staff was wonderful and always there to help with any request. My kids loved the fact that hotel had IPADS for the guests to use. Also the food from Elephant and Castle was very tasty!

It was like walking through a maze or crossword puzzle trying to find the hotel room. Self parking is 4 blocks away. There wasn't a pool, sauna, etc.

I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times when visiting Chicago. It's a great location, the staff is very friendly and the room is a bargain for what you get. The onsite restaurant is also pretty good. Highly recommended.

Great stay here, we were able to access the "L" train only 2 blocks away and go anywhere in the city we wanted. Only a couple blocks from WIllis Tower and shopping areas. Overall a great place to stay. If you are looking for the downtown experience at a reasonable price then this is the place.

Everything was nice. The only issue was that you're able to make out what somebody is doing in restroom because the glass on the door is slightly transparent not completely though.
