Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic - Mystic

Kids loved the indoor pool, close to all restaurants and attractions. Very clean and great complimentary breakfast each morning.

We were very disappointed to find out that no refrigerator was available to have in the room. My husband has medicine that must be refrigerated. The staff put his medicine is a refrigerator in the office. I will probably not come to this hotel again for that reason.

You don't expect 'GREAT" when you are coming off a major highway late at night to just get a bed and get going early the next morning. But this hotel is just that. Great room. I stayed in Mystic to care for an ill grandchild for four days. To awaken to the continental breakfast in such a comfortable lobby, get going on the complimentary wi-fi, return in the evening to coffee and cookies in the lobby along with fruit and then retire to such a clean, stunning room made the difficult week far easier than I had anticipated. I have been to this hotel more than once but my last visit convinced me it would be the last. The pool had green water which was disappointing. The room was pretty clean though traces of last occupants were found laying on the floor. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast did offer a couple of hot items. Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good and nice as a convenience. The pool was a bit small and a bit too warm. The surroundings were average - not located in the picturesque area of Mystic with any views; however, it was convenient to the highway and local attractions.

Great place to stay when visiting Foxwoods. We wanted to spend a few days at Foxwoods but didn't want to pay to actually stay on the grounds. This hotel was really nice, about 15 min drive to the casino and much more affordable. Free breakfast was a plus! They have a gym and an indoor pool which I did not have time to use, but I will next time.

This is the second time I have stayed here. This time though, we got breakfast and it was so good! I was thrilled at the price on Hotels.com and amazed at the Hotel itself. When I return to Mystic...you know where I will be staying!! Family Friendly, Great Breakfast, Very convienient Location!!

The Hampton Inn and Suites Mystic is right off the highway which is great and about a quarter mile from the Aquarium and Olde Mistick Village, which has many great shops. The hotel is clean and offers free breakfast every morning. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was excellent. the breakfast was very good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome experience! Our hotel stay was a great experience. The friendly staff were very welcoming. Being a mother visiting with my children, I felt the hotel was a great selection. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Plan to revisit in near future.

The room we got was a double queen. We stayed here because it's only 15 minutes from Foxwoods and relatively inexpensive. The room was average size with average amenities. The hotel has a small exercise room (5 machines) and a decent pool. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was very good. It had cold and hot cereal, […] muffins, yogurt, coffee and juices, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. What stood out were the eggs. Normally when you have pre-made eggs on a hot line, they are soggy and not very appealing. These eggs were hot, fluffy and dry. I’m picky about my eggs and I liked these. This was our second stay at the Hampton Inn in Mystic. We like it because it has an indoor pool for the kids and free breakfast. It's clean and friendly and close to the seaport, aquarium and close enough to the casinos. It's cheaper to stay in Mystic and drive to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods than to stay near the casinos.

Excellent stay in every way! The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is great and 24-hour coffee, tea, etc. in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and location. Mystic Pizza is also excellent!!

I must admit I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel. I've stayed at the regular Hilton and Hyatt in Mystic before but not here and this hotel was being a "3-star" is not only on par but a better value for the dollar. Most importantly, my room was clean. That's what I always look for first. I'd stay here again.

This is not my first time to Mystic but this hotel is so much nicest then the last time I was here and the price was much cheaper! Super clean! And the pool was glorious! I will be back!

Love this hotel I travel all the time and have never stayed at a Hampton inn but must say I probably always will from now on the beds are so clean and comfortable I slept almost better than I do at home. Clean, close to foxwoods, great breakfast

This hotel was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was great and there was plenty of parking. The location was near everything.

Stayed there for a convention I was attending at Mohegan Sun. The hotel was 20 minutes away but well worth it. You can't beat the price. The room and hotel were very clean. The showers were big and roomy with excellent water pressure. There was also a complementary breakfast. I will stay there again next year when I attend the same convention.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was very good: location, price, pool, breacfast. I am sure we will be back.

This hotel was absoutely the best! I would rate it a 5star except for the unconsiderate dog owners that stayed there which isn't the hotels fault and when reported, they did get right on it. The animal people stay on the 1st floor. We were on the 2nd floor and was woke up to very loud thumping in the hall and when I opened the door up and looked, the […] owners of two huge dogs thought it was funny that his horses (as he called them) were playing catch with him and his wife from one end of the hall to the other while we were trying to take a nap. They weren't even suppose to be on that floor!!! But that won't stop me from staying there again. Just wanted to let dog owners know there is a reason why you are on the 1st floor and please be considerate of the other people staying there. További részletek

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The bed was not comfortable. Not happt to find out during checkout that the movie we rented was $19.00 when we thought it was $4.99!!

Sitting just off of I95, 5 minutes from Mystic, and 15 minutes from Foxwoods Casino. Almost new, very clean, very comfortable, and very well kept. Great value in comparison to the rooms right at the casino.
