This was a super apartment away from the very noisy parts of the city, but within easy reach of Metro and train stations. Friendly and helpful staff and a well presented but simple apartment. Great for a few nights, but possibly under - equipped for a longer stay.

First advice - take a satnav or make sure you know the apartment number. It looks nothing like the photos and would be difficult to find just off the street. Good location. We caught the 46 bus from the airport to Placa Espanya (much cheaper than the official airport bus). The apartment is a ten minute walk from there. There is a direct number for the on site caretakers/reception and once we got hold of them we were let in early. The.apartment inside is much smaller than the photos make it appear and much more basic. Overall it was absolutely fine. Very clean and a good location. The decoration and fittings are worn and need updating. Lighting is poor and there is a lack of things such as bedside lamps which would make all the difference. The beds are also too basic for everyday use with metal frames like camp beds. A pity because it really would not cost much to make the whole experience much more enjoyable. This is great for a 3 star hotel and for the price. We rented two apartments accomodating 6 people each, the apartments were recently remodeled and clean. The two landlords were very accomodating. I'd recommend for a family or a group of friends.

Had a nice one night stay. Clarification: it is not a hotel - it is apartments in a residential neighborhood. Walls are thin, but overall it was quiet. Great water pressure, A/C worked fine. There is a custodian who lives on the first floor and he is available whenever you need him. There is no front desk or services of any kind.

Great Apartment. Clean, reasonable size, good location. Perfect for a family. 15 minute easy walk to La Rambla and 15 minute easy walk to Park Montjuic. Only downside was that the pillows were like pancakes.

The hotel was in a decent location. If new to Barcelona and coming from the city, just take the red line 1 to Espanya or Rocafort, and not to Entenza. If you take Entenza with luggage, you will actually be taking a longer hike. There is quite a bit to see in Eixample. The subway systems are really good, as well as clean. A party of 15 adults and 3 Children arrived at the Apartments around 12pm. We had booked 3 apartments. 1 was free and the other 2 apartments we could not check in till 3pm. As we could not check in till 3pm we were allowed by Amit (Manager) to leave our luggage in the free room and return later. He was very helpful. The rooms were very nice and each […] room catered for 6 people very comfortably. Kitchen and bathroom were also clean and and had all the amenities. However the shower in one of the rooms was not good. Had to hold the showerhead to have a shower. Amit was very helpful. Always asked if we needed anything. Helped us with taxi and where to go etc. We all had a great time and everyone in my party said that they would return if in Baraclona they would book at these apartments. they require you call before you show up even when you are checking in. Not easy when you do not have a cell phone. Neighborhood not very pleasant but it is close to the metro station. Towels smelled like mold. Apartment was clean - change the sheets & the towels.

The apts were clean, spacious and conveniently located. The service was great and it is located close to Placa Espanya, the magic fountains and metro stations. The aerobus drops you off in Espanya. Definitely recommend it!

We were told they had an equivalent apt about 3 blocks down and the two proprietors walked us down there from the building we were supposed to be in. This is a very good hotel although not a 5 star one. It is not immediate next to La Ramblas, but the downtown area can be easily reached by Metro (train). However, it apartment is available, the hotel staff would let you move in much earlier. I have check in at 9:45 am. Hotellet/lägenheten ligger 5-10 minuter utanför centrum med metro. Det är dock inte så lätt att då det inte har en stor skylt utanför. Receptionen är inte alltid bemannad så man kan bli tvungen att ringa ett spanskt nummer för att meddela att man är på plats så att någon kommer och öppnar till en. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch, dock kall men vi hade […] luftkonditionering som vi ställde in på värme. Väggarna är någorlunda tunna så man kan höra in till grannarna om de är högljudda. Personal kom och städade (bäddade sängen och gav nya handdukar) varje dag. En nackdel var att man var tvungen att lämna 50 Euro i deposition som man fick tillbaka när man checkade ut. Lägenheten ligger nära ett stor shoppingcentrum med restauranger och en mataffär samt tunnelbanestation och busshållplatser. Man tar sig till och från flygplatsen med buss 46 och går av på slutstationen (Espanya) som ligger 5-10 minuters promenadavstånd från lägenheten. További részletek

Mycket prisvärt, stor, fräsch lägenhet och mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Vi var två tjerer med varsin bebis och det funkade fantastiskt bra. Lite trångt i trapphus och hiss för barnvagnar och bagage men det löste sig. Nära tågstationen med tåg till flygplatsen.

vi var sju personer som bodde i lägenheten, vi fick en stor lägenhet med 2 st toaletter vilket var bra eftersom vi var så många. Lägenheten var ren och modern och hade i stort sätt allt man behöver. Dom enda sakerna vi kände saknades var vissa köksredskap som t.ex en vanlig kniv, för det enda som fanns var en brödkniv. Wir (meine Frau 3 Töchter 6, 8 und 10 Jahre alt und ich) haben spontan während unserem Costa Brava Urlaub in Pals (ca.150 km bis Barcelona) unser Hotel via Internet gebucht. Die Abwicklung war sehr einfach. Wir sind mit dem eigenen PKW angereist. Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es ein kleines Parkhaus, dort kann man sein Auto 24h für 24 Euro abstellen. 40 […] Euro ist der Preis für zwei Tage. Es gibt zwar günstigere Parkhäuser, wie zB. das des Appartmenthotels Eixample-Enteza, dieses befindet sich aber in der Nähe der Rambla und Kostet 20 Euro pro Tag, man muss dafür aber mit dem Gepäck durch die halbe Stadt. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig (ca.40 qm) und hatte zwei Doppelzimmer,Zusatzbett und Schlafcouch im Wohnraum . Die Küche war gut ausgestattet , großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach Toaster und Mikrowelle. Bad mit Dusche waren sauber, geräumig und modern ausgestattet Top für Selbstversorger. Ebenso hatten alle Appartments einen großen Balkon. Wer nur schnell morgens frühstücken möchte, kann bereits ab 8:00 Uhr direkt gegenüber im Eckcafe sehr günstig Frühstücken und einen tollen Kaffee trinken. Die nächsten Metrostationen sind "Taragona" oder "Placa de Espana" (10 Gehminuten) von dort aus ist man sehr schnell an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Fazit: Für städtereisende Familien mit mehr als zwei Kindern und Reisecliquen bis zu 6 Personen im Appartment. Superadresse in guter Stadtlage und guter Anbindung. El aire acondicionado no servía , tuvimos que soportar olor a comida todo el día y mucho calor, posteriormente nos cambiaron de apartamento, pero igualmente olia a comida, al parecer tienen un grave problema de ventilación y aire acondicionado, y en Barcelona es básico para una buena estancia.

Zag er op de foto's veel mooier uit, de inrichting was echter heel pover. Ons balkon lag boven een kinderdagverblijf met de nodige geluidsoverlast. Ook s nachts was het erg rumoerig in het gebouw door feestjes van andere gasten.
