We have stayed at other hotels by Sea World, but nothing beats the value and location of this hotel! Very nice, at check-in we were told we had a non-smoking king bed suite, but when we arrived to the room it smelled like smoke and it was a double queen suite. We didn't mind since it was only for one night, but if it was for a longer stay than it would of been upsetting. Other than that the Hotel was very nice, clean, and very convenient location.

My family has often had terrible past experiences in OTHER hotels. We decided to go to San Antonio with the hopes that hopefully this will be our new permanent hotel that we would often go to when going to Sea World San Antonio. We stayed at the hotel to go to Sea World. It's located within half a mile from Sea World (the closest hotel from what we saw). Their suites are not especially large but worked for my wife, two young children and I. They have free breakfast and dinner with reasonable buffets. We have stayed in several hotels in this area to go to Sea World and this was by far the best. Breakfast was delicious the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the kitchentte was so convienant epecially with my young child. We will definitely be staying her again.

The room was nice-- the floor was still significantly wet from shampooing when we arrived but we just turned down air conditioning to help it dry faster. over all an excellent hotel! They were friendly and willing to answer questions any time! We have three year old twins and no one seemed to mind a little noise! It was less than 5 minutes from Sae World! The only problem was our bed! It wiggled,swayed,and giggled with the slightest movement! We will stay there again, just not in the same room!

Family of 6 taking a trip to SeaWorld. Stay was good for kids. They enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and putting green. Shuttle to sea world needs some work. I will stay there again. Such a nice hotel. Stayed there for my sons Air Force graduation. It was only a few minutes away. right about 15 if traffic was good. First off, we arrived to San Antonio (seaworld) a little early(11:00am) check in was not until 3:00pm, they allowed us to check in early (room was available). Walked in the room and we were amazed of the size and how comfortable it was. PERFECT for 5 adults and 3 children. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Nice big beds in both rooms, very clean. […] We took the shuttle to SeaWorld and arrived there in NOtime! Did not have to worry about parking at the park or anything, dropped us off at the entrance. After a loooong fun filled day with the family we just made a quick phone call and just like That the shuttle was there to pick us up and take back to the hotel. PERFECT location! Cant forget about the breakfast offered in the morning, it was unbelieveably AWESOME!!! Kids had fun making their own waffles, there was plenty to ho around even for seconds!! Get there (to the brekfast are) a little early tho because seating is limited, other than that it was a perfect place to stay. My entire family came down with the stomach flu while on the trip. 5 family members ended up in the hospital. The hotel staff came at all hours to assist with linen and pick up of laundry. They always had a smile and made many accomadations to make us comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind at a terrible time on our trip. God bless them all.

Our family had the best time here. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was nice to Return here after long days at sea world, fiesta Texas, and down town San Antonio. Definitely not a family friendly hotel. I brought my family with two kids. My little 2 year old boy likes to play with his toys and walk around the room exploring things like any normal child his age. The guests below us on the 3rd floor kept complaining about the noise my son was making (hardly any). I assume their floors are made of cheap wood and if you make any noise at all, it will be heard by other guests so please consider this. I would not bring my family to this hotel ever again.
