As soon as we arrived we were treated a mock-tail by the pool as our documents were processed and we were checked in. This place is a bit out of the way - it's recommended that you get a moto there as a long walk otherwise. The hotel may only advertise 2 or 3 stars however we found it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our entire trip - great […] service, large clean rooms, nice pool, good breakfast. We organised our trip around the temples and surrounding areas through the hotel too - we paid more than the guide book suggested, however we did get exactly what we wanted and they took all of the stress out of it. The hotel does have moto drivers who give you a lift into town and back again at the end of the night at a pre-arranged time/place. My husband and I stayed here for eight nights. It was cheap, very clean, friendly staff. Our room was a palace room, apparently there were less expensive spirit rooms also. Bed was HUGE, firm and comfortable, room OK for the price. Bathroom was adequate, although the shower is not in a separate cubicle so the whole bathroom ges wet when you shower. […] We got used to that. The room description stated there was an in room safe but there was not. The location was billed as being in the quiet countyside but it actually adjoins a major road used constantly by lorries and buses. Because of the recent floods, the road into town was in terrible condition and it took a very long time to negotiate by tuk tuk, although it was being repaired. The mozzies in the reception area were very bad, so that we could not sit there at night, which was a problem for me as the wifi did not work in our room, so I had to go to reception to check mail. The restaurant was OK, although the included breakfast was inadequate, ie two slices of toast withh butter and jam, or fruit salad and yogurt, or an omelette, if you wanted a fruit salad and toast, for example, you were charged extra. This was the worst breakfast we experienced in all four of our Cambodian hotels/guesthouses, in terms of quantity and range, although to be fair this was the cheapest place we stayed. I would highly recommend staying here. For the price I think it is hard to beat. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The tuk tuks in and out of the city are provided free. all they ask in return, is that you use their drivers for any day trips. My friend and I stayed at the Angkor Spirit Palace for 3 nights. It's located a little further away from town than I had imagined but honestly speaking, with the readily available tuk tuks and considering the amount we had paid for this hotel, that's really no biggie. Rooms, staff, pool and convenience were all excellent. Even though a storm took the power out for 24 hours, the staff could not have been more thoughtful. They gave us an extra night for the inconvenience and a free dinner. The free tuk tuks to town were great and this hotel will be the only place we stay should we return to this wonderful city.

What a great place, relaxing & uncrowded. Staff very friendly, spoke reasonable english, service & attention not a problem. Everything about the Angkor Spirit Hotel is good. Good staff and very friendly. A little out of town but they provide free Tuk Tuk to town but it is not that far out that you can't walk there in the cooler evening nights. Only down side is the beer could be a little colder. I chose this hotel because all the reviews it had praised on its good service. However, I found the hotel service to be very average; not especially good nor bad. I think the staff did not go out of its way to make us feel comfortable. The first day they screwed up our reservation but it was late and we couldn't change rooms, so the first night we got […] a tiny room. The second day they changed us to a bigger room, which had an actual shower (not the standard "Asian" bathroom - no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom- that the first room had). The hotel is a little far from the center, but its easy to get there in a tuk tuk, which is complementary to the city center. an excellent choice of hotel for the price. One could really not ask for a better value for money. Inspite of the hotel location not being super central, it is less than a 5 min tuk tuk ride to the main center ie pub street. The hotel has a number of tuk tuks waiting which gladly take the guests to the center for free and also com pick them up once […] they are done. This service runs from morning to 10pm in the evening. Quite often i stayed on at the bars past 10pm and its very easy to catch a tuk tuk to take you back to the hotel. the hotel staff is extremely helpful and polite espcially the owner. I met him on the second day and he offered to take me around in his own car all around town. He actually woke up at 4am to take us to see the sunrise at angkor wat followed by a few other temples and later a 30 km ride away to the floating village- which was highly recommended by him and we were not disappointed. a must if people have the time. over all a great experience and an absolute value for money. Probably the best value for money in Siem Reap. Unusually spacious rooms/bathrooms, friendly service, free tuktuk into town, great swimming pool --- ideal after a full day walking around Angkor - and, last not least - quiet location on the edge of town, bordering rice fields.

What a value – Beautiful setting surrounded by local farmers. Our room was huge. The pool was a welcome after a warm day of touring. The staff was exceptional. From the time our Tuk Tuk driver picked us until we left it was great. We would stay here again. The food too was great and so was the wait staff.

It is a wonderful traditional hotel with amazingly friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent personalized service. I would love to go back and just relax there sometime. 我是3月底入住的，他们说是淡季，酒店人不太多，有免费的突突车去老市场，位置虽然不是很好吧，但是身处酒店，你会觉得很惬意，小花园，泳池，晚上睡觉很安静，下午累极了回来，一头扎进泳池，很美妙的温水哈哈。早餐时间亲切得服务生会主动来和你聊天，微笑着。喜欢这个酒店。推荐！

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Ausstrahlung. Wunderschöne alte Detaills. Toller Pool. Pick up Service per Tuc Tuc. Nettes bemühtes Personal. Sehr gutes Green Curry mit Prawns. Wir waren einfach begeistert und haben uns sehr erholt. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt, dafür gibt es einen kostenlosen Tuc Tuc Service in die Stadt.

Bon hotel, calme, personnel disponible et prévenant. Piscine propre et agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Das Hotel hat fast alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind riesengroß tiptop sauber mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Archtektur des Hotels hebt sich lobenswert von den 0815 Hotels ab. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvoprkommend ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Die einzige Erwartung die nicht übertroffen wurde ist die Entfernung zum […] Zentrum, die ist genauso wie beschrieben. Dank des kostenlosen Shuttelservice jedoch kein Problem und die Hotels der 5Sternkategorie liegen auch nicht mitten in der Torusitenmeile bzw nebwn Angkpr Watt. Da wir mit dem Bus angereist sind und keinen Gratistransfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch genommen haben, hat uns das Hotel dafür einen Gratistransfer zum Flughafen geboten. Zum Abschied gab es noch für jeden von uns Schals als Geschenk. Hoffe nur das viele Lob verdirbt nicht den Charakter. További részletek
