The hotel has a central location - close to attractions and public transport. Aerobus No. 1 stops at Restauradores (75 meters from the hotel). As norwegians making our first trip to Lisbon the choice of hotel couldn't been better. The hotel is easy to find in the city center in a very safe and clean neighbourhood. It may not be the fanciest hotel you'll ever stay at, but the rooms were in good size and clean. It is a charming family-hotel with a good portion of soul. But, more than anything, it has a perfect location with walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in the city center as well as excellent public transportation as well as taxi stands nearby. Stayed there for one night, and couldn't be happier with the room. It was small, basic, and clean and it was exactly what I wanted. Only complaint, was that the breakfast was pretty awful, and consisted of coffee, some stale bread and supermarket jam.

Walls are paperthin so you will experience a lot of noise from other guests, the elevator and the road outside. Rooms are very small. Very good service at the reception and the breakfast is OK. Location is very good. All in all good hotel at a very low price. It is easy to find as it is just behind the Hard Rock cafe at the Restauradores square.

Best location for city stay

The reason for recommending this hotel, in spite of some drawbacks, is the fantastically helpful and friendly service at the front desk. Their care for the needs and requests of guests is absolutely five-star and they do it with great charm and in several different languages. The drawbacks are perhaps those you might expect in a two star hotel - the rooms are not very comfortable and there is absolutely no soundproofing - even the light peep of the air-conditioner coming on in the next room comes clearly through the walls. The Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and only during restricted hours. The breakfast is mediocre. Without naming names, I have had a more comfortable stay in the same locality for a slightly lower price. Sehr einfaches Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereitem Personal, fast im Zentrum des touristischen Kerns. Alles (ausser Belhem) ist zu Fuss machbar. Ohne hohen Ansprüche ans Frühstück und mit Ohrstöppseln (das hellhörigste Haus, in dem ich übernachtet habe) ein gutes Hotel.

Ótima localização, limpo, bom atendimento. No pequeno almoço poderia ser inserido queijo e presunto.

Vi havde 2 overnatninger og er meget tilfredse med pris-/kvalitetsforholdet! Bus 44 fra lufthavnen stopper på Restoradores 3 min gang til hotellet.
