The GOOD: Rooms are large and well-appointed. Lots of options for dining nearby. Staff was friendly-no complaints there. Waffles were good. The BAD: Free wifi was worthless-could connect to router but not internet. Shower had no shelf to place soap, shampoo, etc and mold is starting to grow on caulking. Everything was good but the hotel wifi didn't work. There was some ridiculous firewall that prevented me from hitting any of the work-related sites I needed access too. The business center equipment was also very outdated.

Not good at all! The room was not clean at all it ways very nasty there was dust every where! They just clean to look so it would look clean. The bathroom was very very nasty the shower wall looked like they hadn't cleaned it in mounths. We paid 365.00 dollors for 3 nights it was money in the trash. I dont know if all the rooms were like that but ours […] was very nasty.We made a complain to the manger but they told us to but on here (Hotels.com). Despite it being new construction, the lobby smelled like mold. Probably it was because there was a self contained plug-in fountain which looked like it had no attention since the hotel opened less than a year ago. Stayed here a few times. This trip I wasn't impressed with house keeping. Stayed a couple of nights. House keeping made the bed. There was trash left on tables and in the shower. Service has got to get better or I'm staying elsewhere next time I visit Missouri City.

I was not pleased with my stay at all! The hotel does not even have the maids in to change the bed sheets after one night. The Handicapped facilities are a joke. The only thing handicap in the hotel is the sign on the upstairs rooms! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay very much but there were some areas that could be improved upon. We had some issues with internet access which was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The room thermostat did not appear to work satisfactorily. There was a distinct odor throughout the hotel. There was no meat entree with the morning breakfast.

When we entered our room just after 3:00, we noticed a very rancid smell. Since the room was very warm and humid, we adjusted the thermostat to cool and assumed that would take care of the smell. We left to go to dinner and a concert with friends and didn't arrive back until well after midnight. We realized [too late to call maintenance or change rooms] […] that the smell was likely due to the air conditioning having leaked all over the carpet. I mentioned this upon checking out and the clerk gave a very cavalier response to the effect of, "Yeah, we've been having that problem with those air conditioners." Access to the hotel is not good at all. Room was okay. No tv remote when we checked in, then the one they brought us did not work. Finally got one that worked, but no local channels were available the first night. Ok the next morning. Staff very courteous. Continental breakfast fine. Our experience at this hotel was less than desirable, in fact it was terrible. The first night we were given a room that had not cleaned, so they moved us to a different room. That was the last time we had a clean room in the 5 night that we were there. The rest of our stay they never once cleaned our room and twice they had changed the key and we had […] to get new ones. Every evening when we came back to our room we had to call for clean towels. The manager never had the "time " to talk to us and because we had booked our room with Expedia they would not refund any of our money. Although the front desk people were very apologetic they offered no real solution to the problem. This hotel is brand new and you can tell, everything is in great shape. Staff were very personable and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.
