"The hotel was in a quiet location, the room was clean, tidy of a little dated in its decor. If/ when the owners start to update I’d suggest putting power sockets with USB charging points each side of the bed, the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep during my stay. "

"Unfortunately will not recommend to others despite being in a convenient location on outskirts of town with country views. Received a pushy phone call the day before our arrival requesting to check in at 10am (check in on website stated 3pm) When I said not sure will have to check travel plans when not at work the owner was annoyed. On arrival at 10 after rushing to change plans we both tripped over the step to the room which is carpeted so a hidden trip hazard that should be warned about....

Contact with the host Jeanette very easy through text. Enjoyed the log burner on the winter evenings. Already thinking about a return trip next Christmas!"
