The hotel didn't give me the room I booked. I booked a room with two beds and a desk. But when I checked in, they gave me a room with one bed and no desk.
I picked and booked the room because I needed a desk, but the hotel gave me a different room. When I requested a different room, the hotel gave me a room again, this time with a desk but only one bed. This room was also not the one I had booked.
I was exhausted and didn't want to talk to the hotel about this anymore, so I took the room they assigned me.
I also booked at the VIP level on Expedia, and although Expedia said the hotel would provide special services for VIPs, there were no such services. This needs to be improved.
