You could heat everything from the street. I slept like a baby, but my fiance had under an hour per night with sleep. Police, ambulances and firetrucks were driving by nonstop with sirens on, it sounds like they are inside the room.
Escalator still didn't work, so there were some stairs to conqure everyday. The receptionists said they could help carry lugage if you needed help.
Receptionists were always nice and you could ask the anything, and they would gladly help.
Cleaning wise: I don't think they have enough time to do it really well. We had cleaning every second day. They didn't change the sheets, just wrapped it again. We had thrown a toiletroll with two sheets left on it into the bin, it was taken out of the bin and hung back up - that's a bit nasty.
Overall: Not soundproof, troubles with escalator, friendly receptionists, great location, cleaning could be a bit better.
