We checked in at 8pm on January 25th, however the receptionist treated the guests badly, she did not let the guests use the bathroom in the lobby with the excuse that we had to wait until she finished the check-in procedure for the guests, after the first guest checked in, she still did not let me use the bathroom even though we told her that we could not stand it and we needed to go to the bathroom immediately, however she was still upset and ignored our pleas that we needed her help and she continued to check in the next guest. After more than 10 minutes, I decided to go to her and asked that we need to share the bathroom key now and could not wait until she finished the check-in procedure so that we could use the bathroom in the room. Then we waited for her for more than 5 minutes but she still did not help. Once again all of us in the group asked to share the key of the lobby bathroom because one of the ladies in our group couldn't stand it until we finished the check in process and finally she decided to give us the shared key with a nasty attitude. After she finished the check in process, one of us said that she treated the customer very badly, we asked her name to complain to the manager of that department but she didn't agree and threatened to call the police if we continued to talk like that at the front desk. This is the first time we stayed at a hotel that costs $330 a night and doesn't let customers use the lobby bathroom even though we begged for their help.
