Checked in, did not get asked for ID or for a card to have on file during check in. I had called to let the front desk know I would not be arriving until the middle of the night. They told me that audit was ran and my reservation was cancelled. After a lady came out and fixed it, they never bothered to ask me room preference. I had a service dog with me, they stuck me on the third floor. Great. I told them I work nights, they stuck me next to a busy hallway where kids were screaming all morning. Nobody bothered to tell housekeeping maybe don't vacuum the hallway we have a guest who works overnights. I don't know...the room was dirty. Bed sheets had hair. Towels had stains. The bathroom fan so dusty I was afraid to turn it on. Mold in the shower, needed new caulk. The bathroom mirror light flashed when turned off. I wiped all surfaces down, wipe was gross after. The location is prime for me and I could stay here again if they got my room preferences right, protected my security at check in, and upgraded the property. Also the pool was closed "for cleaning" really? The week of Christmas when people are traveling your indoor pool is closed? The parking lot was filled with trash, there was dog poop everywhere. Internet connection was not good.
