Good .. but wont go back
Got there and there was no parking even though it was stated as designated .. you have to reserve and then its 25 euros a night ... so we used a car park. This wasnt the hotels fault but rather the agents.
Next morning our toilet started bubbling and burping which bought small amounts of feaces back up and it also smelt. Went to reception and asked for cleaning materials to use before we used it because of spatter as i knew they couldnt rip the whole sewage system up to rememdy the problem... hotel was also full.
They were helpful enough but offered nothing by way of myself becoming a cleaner for 3 days ... even a bottle of plonk on leaving would have been a gesture... but there was no apology that i had to do that etc. Which is why i wont use this hotel again.
But its a good location and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were generaly polite and freindly.
It was just the loo issue ... which was actually a pretty serious one.. of which i have videos ... but was handled wrong. If this hadnt happened this hotel would be my go to for brugge
