I liked that it was centric and close to many convenience stores, like pharmacies, shopping, dining, and transportation. I did not like that the breakfast opens at 08:00 on Sundays? Why? That almost made me lose my breakfast at the airport and I am diabetic.

A/C took forever to work, there was a small iguana in the room coming out of the desk. Breakfast includes coffee and pan dulce. my mom got a cup of coffee, but then realized it was too much and the creamer was not going to fit, she decided she was going to throw a bit out in the sink. When the worker saw her, he took the cup from my mom and poured the whole cup of coffee back in the coffee machine. Mom decided not to drink coffee anymore. That was disgusting!! What if my mom had drank from it and he put it right back without even asking anything..

Nos fue muy bien, pero lo único y no es del servicio del hotel es que había algunas personas que no eran huéspedes que se metían al estacionamiento con la intención de pedir dinero o incluso alguno que querían que uno los acompañara a alguna parte por lo que se les dijo que NO. También había huéspedes que tenían puertas abiertas de sus cuartos y no daban buena apariencia. Por lo demás fue bueno.

Complico mi estadía en lugar de facilitarla.
La recepcionista del turno nocturno el viernes 10 de enero mostró una actitud poco profesional. Me indicó que no podía permitir el ingreso de mi acompañante porque mi reserva era para una sola persona, a pesar de que la habitación claramente estaba preparada para dos huéspedes. Cuando intenté explicarle la situación, cortó la llamada de forma abrupta y mostró una actitud grosera, como si estuviera haciendo todo lo posible para complicar mi estadía en lugar de facilitarla. Además, durante mi breve interacción con ella, su actitud fue hostil e irrespetuosa. Por otro lado, observé que durante la noche esta persona se encontraba dormida en el sillón del área de recepción. Esto es preocupante, ya que tuve que despertarla para que pudiera abrirme las rejas al salir a altas horas de la madrugada. Esta situación no solo fue incómoda, sino también poco profesional para un servicio de hotel. Otro punto que quiero destacar es que me estaba espiando la recepcionista, especialmente cuando regresé al hotel. Esto me hizo sentir vigilado y muy incómodo, lo cual es completamente inaceptable para un huésped. Agradecería que tomen medidas correctivas para garantizar que otros clientes no tengan que pasar por situaciones similares. Hasta ahora, me había gustado su hotel, pero esta experiencia me dejó muy decepcionado.
