Give me a break….
I booked a two bedroom suite at this hotel, paying a premium rate. It clearly states on this website that the accommodation I reserved sleeps 4. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation only covered two of us and my two children would be assessed an additional charge each for the stay, PLUS a $15 charge EACH for the free breakfast. In total, it was an additional $80. I can’t find another hotel that does business this way nor have I encountered one. You lost me, Harmony Suites……

I’d never stayed at a hotel that asked what time I wanted my room cleaned. That’s such a thoughtful service. It’s dated, but extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
