The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued.

When we got to the hotel it's was ok i like the room we got the shower was working the bed was not comfortable it felt like we were sinking down we couldn't sleep and the other problem was the jaquizzi i payed for a room with a Jacuzzi and the only the problem is that the jet wasn't working so we couldnt use the jaquizzi i payed money so that i can be satisfied with the service ty i would like a discount cause i payed for having good service
