Beachfront on a budget!
Be very mindful to look at the pictures of what you book. "Just Beachy" does Not have a living room/couch as depicted on this site. We felt the place, while tidy, was in need of some TLC. Kitchen inventory (glasses)and the over all condition of walls and some furniture.
We are regular visitors to Ormond Beach and felt it was well located with easy access to restaurants and amenities as well as the cute little historic area. There is plenty of off street parking and the beach in front is lovely and dog friendly.
You may want to consider asking before renting how the construction is going on both sides of the property as of Feb2025.
We would recommend this place if on a budget.
