Overall it was okay, but overpriced. One night there was no hot water in the room, and no one answered the phone, they fixed it only in the next morning. Ususally we had to wait minutes to get hot water, sometimes it was hardly warm. The breakfast is hardly average for the price. The table in the room was on a border of collapsing, one of the toilets was not working properly. The window was dirty (it’s especially bad if the view is nice).
The worst thing though is they show an indoor pool on the photos, but it is runned by a third party company: not even extra money, but has a no-swimsuit policy, so it is for adults I guess.
If you are checking in/out or need any help at the reception you should expect some longer than usual waiting time, as they seem to be short of staff.
Inspite of all these it is not a bad place, they shoud just take care of the customer experience, because at this level of price some of the above things are unacceptable.
Also there are many good and not tourist trap restaurants on the avenue south of the hotel, and also you can easily get anywhere by tram (take #4 to the beach), bus or metro from the vicinity of the hotel.
