Disrupted stay
Disappointed with how the hotel handled a fire alarm fault at 1am. There was no information offered by staff when guests assembled at reception. Staff seemed fo be scrambling.
Guests making noise and playing loud music in room next to ours and don’t feel this was handled well either.
At breakfast the next morning I overheard a guest asking for information in relation to needed a doctor and floor manager did not seem to be aware of options available in the vicinity (I was from the area so could advise of a walk in GP service across from hospital) .
Staff need to be better briefed in handling such situations.
