Astonishing first time in Tikal
we got great service from the hotel staff specially this being our first time they gave us very good recommendations as to visiting the main attractions and finding a excellent tour to go see the sunrise riding between the pyramids and see the animals and all that beautiful environment

Liked the hotel's location to all the businesses, walking distance to many convenient businesses, unfortunately for us, they were working on the internet service, but didn't advise us of the process & as a result our internet service was interrupted in the latter part of the night, especially when we needed it the most. There was no hot water when showering, I dont think that's too much to ask for. Not sure whats going on with the infrastructure in central and south america but it is 2024! Also, the cleaning lady stole my shampoo, sounds petty, but it was actually really annoying! I guess ill have to put that in the safe as well next time.
