Only real + was location
Negatives: Room on 2nd floor facing 47th street had lots of street noise not to mention loud banging all night from construction (they did provide ear plugs;) condition of room was poor with a broken window, ripped blackout curtain, peeling paint, etc; Cleanliness: floors were clean but I found wads of hair on the sheets, towels and in the shower; there was no chair or seating other than the bed; towels were thin and cheap; the hotel does not have ice anywhere; elevators were small and slow (stairs were locked for security purposes but you couldn't even walk up to 2nd floor;) WORST of all I killed a roach in the shower.
Positives: Location close to many sites, subway and theaters; the hotel did provide a refrigerator at no charge upon request; size of room was decent since it was an ADA room.
Given all of the issues, I would likely not stay here again.
