Very nice!
A great hotel in almost every aspect.
Clean, confortable, good ambience, nice staff.
Very-very good food in all restaurants (especially Azure). Very Good breakfast buffet with plenty of local and international options.
Be aware that it is at a fairly remote location with only a few things close by and traffic through Phuket city can be troublesome. Location is good if you want quiet like we did. If you want to go partying, etc and mind traveling 20+ minutes every time by cab then choose a hotel at Patong or Kata beach.
We had three problems with the hotel:
- water system was not working one afternoon and was only repaired late in the evening,
- hotel food and spa is good but outrageously overpriced. (Spa is 6-7 times more expensive, food is 2-3 times)
- there was two big parties in the hotel when half of the pool and dining area was reserved for a huge group. Their entertainment was also very loud but finished by 9pm. Check with hotel before booking if they have any of these groups when you're there.
