Very well polished and kind staff, short tram ride into the shopping district. We recommend it.

Very quiet stay away from the city core. If you’re looking for nightlife or late night dining, it might be difficult to find spots. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Small but good transport
Close to the subway and tram with good eateries within half a block. Small rooms but very comfortable if luggage is not too large.

Facilities: Tired; Value: Affordable; Service: Below average; Cleanliness: Dirty;
For the same price you'd be better of staying at the Yayoi Kaikan up the road--they have a fantastic onsen!
The hotel is in a great location close to the centre and also to the main park which was perfect as we were there for the snow festival. The room was very small but designed in such a way that it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.

clean, creepy, convenient, caliginous
the property is clean, the service is a bit creepy and poor. they tried to charge me again at check-in for my reservation despite the fact that I reserved through hotels.com and prepaid the rate. the location is convenient to the trolley that runs around town. the property is dark, and the rooms small and poorly lit. it probably hasn't been renovated since the 90's or early 2000's.

Just like hudreds of others
When they say "business hotel" we now know it means very small rooms. No English language TV channel. Short walk to Odori Park and Susuchino district was good.
