Good position immediately adjacent to a tram stop, but the local area is a bit run-down. Secure parking in a nearby building. Helpful receptionist in spite of an error at check-in. Room and bathroom adequate for a short stay. Breakfast reasonable considering the price of the stay.

The guy at the reception was super kind and helped me a lot with all my requests. Having said this: 1) there wasn't any space to stop with the car even just for a moment 2) the parking is bad, there are few spaces for the cars and they are so small it takes you forever to go inside without scratching the car 3) the environment close to the hotel is pretty bad, it doesn't feel safe 4) the room was not quiet and the quality was worse than the other b&b hotels I was before

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! Absolutely revolting! Like a dirty hostel. Tiny room with curtains hanging off rail, bed sheets that didn’t fit to reveal a dirty mattress. Shower room smelled of drains and had no plug in sink - only a back hole. One lumpy flat pillow each and no more available and a strong smell of marijuana. Yuck!!!

This place has a severe mold problem (room 310) I couldn’t even spend 10 minutes in the room without getting a headache. Had to hold my breath in the bathroom. Maybe it’s because I went during Art Basel , but they said they had nothing else available. Thankfully I was able to check into another hotel down a few blocks down. Sure I’m paying for a budget hotel but I’m not paying for an unsafe environment. They’re begging for a lawsuit.

Room quite dirty. Staff quite unfriendly and uncommunicative. Breakfast had poor selection, which was not replaced, with no fruit and the only hot selection was luke warm overcooked bacon , which was hard to chew. Wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel

Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che la camera è senza aria condizionata e alle ore 21.00 ci sono ancora 32 gradi. Albergo pieno e non ci possono cambiare la camera. In camera oltre al caldo troviamo un ventilatore. Per rimediare alla situazione ci viene portato in camera un altro ventilatore e offerta la colazione. Ringrazio la struttura per quanto offerto, ma purtroppo per il troppo caldo ha rovinato il sonno. Non abbiamo dormito per il troppo caldo e per il rumore dei ventilatori. Mi spiace ma catene come B&B devono prevedere camere di riserva in casa di camere che hanno dei guasti. La recensione è assolutamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista, unica nota di merito e la disponibilità del personale.

L’unico aspetto davvero positivo di questo hotel è la posizione, a circa 300 metri dalla zona pedonale.Si tratta di una struttura budget, quindi non avevo grandi aspettative.Ho soggiornato spesso negli Ibis Budget e so cosa aspettarmi: camere essenziali, ma pulite e funzionali.In questo caso, però, lo standard di igiene era davvero molto basso.La camera era spartana, come previsto, ma il bagno presentava diversi problemi: la ventola era rotta e invece di aspirare faceva entrare odori sgradevoli, simili a quelli di fogna, più probabilmente provenienti da altre camere.Il piatto doccia aveva il tappo rotto, con presenza di alcuni peli altrui.Lenzuola e federe sembravano pulite, ma presentavano vecchie macchie: una sul cuscino simile a una bruciatura da ferro da stiro, e altre piccole macchie grigie sull’angolo in basso delle lenzuola.Il letto era molto duro e storto, praticamente un materasso appoggiato su un’asse di legno.Non ho provato la colazione, quindi non posso giudicarla.Il personale, invece, è stato gentile e disponibile.Può andare bene per una sola notte, se si è solo di passaggio e non si hanno molte pretese, ma nel complesso l’igiene è un aspetto critico.
