Bitten by Bedbug
Upon arriving at the front lobby, I encountered several issues. The front door was locked, requiring me to use the intercom, which is not Deaf-friendly. I had to press the button repeatedly. When the woman finally came out, she appeared visibly upset. I explained that I am Deaf and cannot hear. She then allowed me to enter.
Once inside, I checked in and proceeded to my room. To my dismay, the air conditioning was running despite the outside temperature being only 15 degrees. The room was freezing cold. I immediately turned off the AC.
Furthermore, the desk chair was broken and unusable. Exhausted from my journey, I decided to stay in the room rather than deal with the inconvenience of seeking a replacement.
Adding to my frustration, the lamp on the left-hand nightstand was not working. I also discovered that the power adapter in the room was faulty and did not charge my iPhone. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning with a burning sensation on my neck. Upon closer inspection, I found that I had been bitten by a bedbug.
I addressed these major issues with the front desk receptionist, providing her with my name and contact information. She assured me that she would inform the manager. However, I never received a text or any other communication from the manager.
The breakfast provided was subpar, but at least it was something. I had driven all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, only to experience such poor service. This was unacceptable. I believe I am entitled to a full
