Not As Advertised
The hotel location is good. Near many shops and malls.
My room was clean but had some deficiencies. The window was a square hole with bars covered by shudders on the outside and only drapes inside. The balcony door is made of wood which has such a large crack in it you can see outside through it. Needless to say the outside noise level was very high. You will need ear plugs.
The TV remote power button didn’t work so I had to unplug the TV when going to bed. Also there were no cable channels, only over the air local channels.
WIFI worked best in the hallway. Im the room it worked good at the door but in the rest of the room it constantly cut in and out.
The cabinet for clothing has a mirror front on one door that was broken with a large piece missing.
Luckily the aircon worked very well to overcome the window and door issues.
The front desk staff weren’t bad nor were they good. I will say that the gentleman working when I needed laundry done was able to get mine done the same day even though I dropped them very late. Thank you sir.
The cleaning staff were/ are the best thing this hotel has going for it. They were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English more willingly than the front desk people.
I wish I could say better but I just can’t.
