Our one-night stay at the cabanas in Chelem was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The cabana was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beach was a short walk away, offering calm waters and soft sand. It was a great place to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing local tips and recommendations. Traveled with kids. The hotel is simple and it only has the basics… but that was the main idea for us: a simple eco friendly place where kids and us could have a simple time. Highly recommend the beach at the end of the road (drive there). Great couple of days, and for city kids, this was a great experience.

This lovely place is rustic, expect cabaña basic. We appreciated everything about it. Do note the water pressure in the shower is minimal and the a/c decorative only - just fine by us. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to tienditas, the little pool is perfect, and the incredible beach is just a short trek away. The charming pueblitos of Churburná and Chelem are close for delicious tacos and local food treats.
