    Isla de Espalmador is a small, uninhabited island just off the southern shore of mainland Ibiza where you enjoy the pure nature of the area. You'll find sugary, white-sand beaches that are set along clear-blue waters that are as calm as they are picturesque.

    No buildings exist on the island, and there's no bridge to the mainland. To get there, you'll need to take a ferry from La Savina or hire a private boat. You'll find it all north of Formentera and south of Ibiza Town.

    Sa Pedrera de Cala d’Hort is home to unusual rock formations that lead to a labyrinth of caves with a magical atmosphere that's as eerie as it is alluring. The trail through the area can be quite steep at some points, but once you reach its end, you'll find Atlantis. Not the city, mind you, but the remnants of a quarry of the same name from which much of the material for Ibiza Town was sourced.

    Within the area, you'll find flat rocks and sea pools that add some variety to the natural offerings. Additionally, several paintings are in the caves. Some are recent graffiti, while others are much more historical. It's all found on Ibiza's western coast.

    Aguas Blancas Beach is an isolated beach at the foot of some cliffs with untouched surroundings, golden sands and crystal-clear waters. While there are some rocks dotted around the seabed, it's generally safe to relax in the water as you see fit.

    Keep in mind that the only way to get to this beach is by car. It's so isolated from the major communities of Ibiza that you'll spend all day walking if you try to visit on foot. Because of this isolation, the beach isn't very crowded even in the middle of summer. You'll find it near the island's easternmost point.
