Hotel B Unique

This hotel is absolutely incredible! There are two parts to the property: Hotel B Cozumel (slightly older; positioned as family-friendly) and Hotel B Unique (new and positioned for couples and solo travelers). Hotel B Unique is absolutely gorgeous; it’s well designed and has a beautiful infinite pool and chill out areas. There is a jacuzzi righ on the ocean shore and there are area to jump into the ocean and snorkel. The staff are very helpful and the bar is nice. The food I. The restaurant could be better, but it’s at a good level already. The hotel is a bit out of downtown, a taxi will cost you (~75mex). This is an incredible place and I would love to come back here soon.

Beautiful, modern, clean, great service, and awesome pool on a waterfront location!

We loved our stay here at Hotel B unique. The rooms have a stylish decor. Very clean and modern. We enjoyed breakfast and and lunch in the on-site restaurant. The manager, Alain and servers Francisco, Claudia, and Jesus were attentive and provided excellent service with a personal touch. We love to go snorkeling right at this hotel. It has easy ocean access with beautiful see life. Thank you until next. We look forward to staying here again, soon.

The facilities are incredible! The water is amazing and lots of snorkel can be done right there! Lots of coral and fish to see right there! The employees are super nice! Our waiters Francisco and Antonio were so attentive and kind! Food at the restaurant s very good and the breakfast is very tasty and satisfying!

The rooms are very comfortable with large decks and beautiful views right on the ocean. The pool area is fantastic and there is a nice new spa area for a terrific massage. Dinner and breakfast service were very good (get to know the waiters!). On busy days, they had a buffet which I would recommend they continue every day. Do NOT rent a car from the agency they work with. We had a jeep with no break lights or turn signals. Piece of junk for the price. Help at the front desk was good depending on who was working.

Everything was perfect, from the beginning to the end. Warm welcome and very upfront personnel. One little thing: The hôtel provide us with a little jar of fresh water instead of bottled water, which is amazing for the environment, but please provide us with more then one jar or bigger jar, as we end out running/calling for water too often. For everything else this hotel was incredible. The house restaurant is good and not expensive.

El hotel es hermoso y ni que decir de la vista. El trato del personal excelente, muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. Las chicas del Spa también, por cierto, muy recomendado. Un área de oportunidad seria el tiempo que se tardan en servirte los alimentos y las bebidas en el restaurante, pero solo el tiempo, por que recalco, el personal muy amable en todo momento. Si dudarlo regresaré.
