Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Mansfield-Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

Elevators didn’t work, room not cleaned regularly when asked, no breakfast.

It was in a convenient location. The staff were polite & helpful. The room & common areas were tastefully decorated & very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The Cost did not equal to the quality. Staff very nice.

No hotel staff, no room service, nothing to eat in hotel if you was hungry. Made me pay for a night I didn’t even get to stay because my plane was delayed! Towels were not clean looking . Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there

Front desk people were very unprofessional. The resturant staff had to explain policy to employee while i was checking in. Resturant was closed when i arrived at 715 and it was advertised to be open till 8. Water pressure was awful. No hot water to speak of. When went to check out no one was at front desk to tell my complaints to. It is not up to the standards I expect for Holiday Inn.

Only stayed one night while on route to Indiana. Facility and room very clean. Did us my Clorox wipes on everything. But, I do that pretty much everywhere I go. Front desk very professional and helpful with restaurant info in the area. Kinda off the beaten path. Bit of a distance from 71. So, we had a scenic drive back to the highway

Front desk staff were kind. Place is run-down. Bathrooms in pool area out of order or too dirty to use. Large wolf spider in pool area. Couldn’t see the kids swimming at the bottom of the 5ft pool, very cloudy with wrappers and debris in it. Every time you flushed the toilet in our room, the pipes made a very loud groaning noise in the wall. Parking lot seemed unsafe. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel just mediocre or even below average for a holiday inn. I’ve stayed here multiple times due to convenient location for the area; but improvement needed in all areas. Restaurant food was good.

Everything is fine but service. I want my receipt when I check out. However, that white server does not give me. She said that because I booked the room online, the online would give me receipt instead of the hotel. In fact, I choose the "pay now" model, and the Internet shows that , " You'll get a separate receipt from the hotel at checkout." I think she may remember wrong rules about the hotel. But when I wait my driver in the lobby, I find she asks the white gusts actively that does she needs to give them receipts. I am Asian, I feel terrible. I do not want to say it is about some race things, but how far it can not be? I like this hotel, every month when I go to Mansfield in the past, I would choose this hotel. I just hope there is less same thing happening again.
