Nothing like the pictutes …
Ice machine was broken all week. Front desk staff was either “too busy to be bothered “ or uninterested in helping. They didn’t have the answer to any questions. Game room was down all week, unable to buy tokens. Requesting towels was a pain no help with luggage’s.

They over book so you may not get what you pay for
I booked in the newer tower, when i arrived the lady at front desk said i have you for 2 queens and i show her i reserved a king size room in the tower because i had read the reviews that it was newer and cleaner. Needless to say they over booked the tower and had given my room to someone else. I had to speak with mangers and all they could do was give me a sucky breakfast coupon. They got me in a room in the older building with a kingsize bed but put us on the conner next to the highway and the cars kept my girlfriend and I from sleeping most of the trip. The room was gross and falling apart. The bed also sucked. Needless to say as a florida resident that goes to orlando often this is one of the worst stays ive ever had to deal with.

The price was reasonable. Ladies at the front desk were nice. The floors in the room were so dirty. Went to 2 separate floors and ice machines weren’t working. Not only that, the floor around them was moldy.

Does a bad place if you only need it for sleep
I was luck enough to travel with some cleaner, the housekeeper didnt clean the shower after the person b4 our stay. There was soap residue in the soap holder, i also washed the bathroom floor and the rag was dark.you can hear every car passing on the highway . You get what you pay for . Room is large beds arent that bad. If i had to stay again i wouldnt be apposed to it.
