Honestly, its a nice place for what you pay. You are not in the cleanest of neighborhoods, but the hotel itself is clean and the staff there are friendly. We were within walking distance of wherever we needed to go, and having an underground parking lot was extraordinarily handy.
The biggest problem we had, however, was with the actual booking process. I booked a listing from hotels.com for a room with 2 king beds, and when we arrived we were told they were actually sold out of that room and placed us in a much smaller one, packed with a rollaway bed. When I asked about some refund or discount, I was told I had to
