The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was fairly clean, but mold was noted in the bathroom, pool area, and on the air conditioning unit. The room got very humid during the day. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I give 3/5 stars. I don’t know we’d stay there again to be honest.

Just OK
Everything was going well until a mouse showed up in my room and spoiled the good time. I couldn't believe it since I was on 9th floor but the manager acted right away and changed my room. I'll probably stay again if I'm on budget and want to be close to the stadium etc.

Poor stay
The room as small for 2 adults and a child. Loud fan, slow and small elevators, no support item supplies. Front desk person not around much. Close to everything was the only benefit!

I was astonished that the phone had no button to either call the front desk or one for a wakeup call. Repeated dialing "0" only resulted in a busy signal. The heating/cooling system was hard to figure out.

2/10 Poor

Great location for where I needed to be for work, But that was the only positive thing I can say. This hotel is super rundown and is not as advertised for what you are charged. They are doing some renovations but again maybe another reason not to stay there. Seems they way over book and don’t really care about offering a quality place to stay for business travellers. - noisy, complaints not addressed. - rundown, grubby, rips in carpet, random broken pieces throughout. - parking not secured as needed. - Poor service and cleanliness.

The room had dirt. Smelled like someone dumped perfume in the room. No windows to open. Had to have the noise bath fan on all night. Ac/heat didn’t work right. It was either sub arctic or Sahara desert. Hotel was full no other rooms. Staff didn’t xare
