Honestly just shut the place down. I booked 2 nights (07/17/25-07/18/25 with checkout being 07/19/25). The first room I was given was already occupied. Then the second room I was given was dirty (floor, bedding), shower was broken, key didn’t work to get in, AC didn’t get room cooled. Finally, the third room was FILTHY (floor, toilet, shower, closet - still had trash in it & hadn’t been swept or mopped), key didn’t work, door was already opened when given room, start of some kind of nest being made on the wall above bed 1, AC didn’t cool room, bedding wasn’t clean. When I told front desk the next day about how the AC in the third room didn’t cool, he (Mike is his alleged name) said I was a liar and that I had turned the AC down before I came down (which had been a grand total of maybe 5 minutes) bc the room was “cool” to him. We had it on 60 all night and he thinks we turned it from 72 to 60 before we came and it went down that quick LOL. When I called him out for saying I was lying, he tried to switch his words. He offers me a FOURTH ROOM & as soon as when step foot inside, it smelt like straight weed. My daughter says “a bug just came in” and I turn around to see a roach. That did it for me. I didn’t even stay my last night and they wouldn’t give me a refund for it nor my pet deposit. I also didn’t receive my $50 “incidental fee” that they stressed to me that I would get back. Just save yourself the money & stay somewhere else.
