“Remodeled Room”
We rented a non-smoking room and was assigned to a room that smelled like smoke. We called down and they immediately put us in another room that was recently remodeled in an area of the hotel that was getting upgrades. There were construction materials lining the hallway (at night) and we went to the new room. It wasn’t ready to be rented out yet. The walls were patched but not sanded and painted. The WiFi did not work. The closet module was missing panel pieces. The sink stopper in the bathroom got stuck in the sink and we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. And the new curtains were too long so when you closed them the AC unit underneath blew into the closed curtains and not into the room. So I think they need to have some modifications made before they rent the new rooms out.
That said, the staff were all great and attentive, doing everything they could to help make your stay as nice as possible. Breakfast was ok nothing special but at least free.
