Bad parking, no entry door connecting room to hote
This was our first visit with this hotel. Our family of 5 booked a cabana room which is located on the bottom floor. Upon checking in we discovered that our room (which did have a cute outdoor patio space) had no entry to the hotel itself. We had to carry our luggage inside the hotel (luggage carts are only available if you are using their bell boy and they move the cart for you) and then down the elevator outside and down a long sidewalk (in the rain!) Not to mention you pay $30. for parking to park down the street and across the street. Our room was spacious, but dirty. The outdoor pools were unusable because they were so cold (website says the pool on the North tower 5th floor was heated)! Would definitely not stay here again! Do yourself a favor and book the Wyndham right next door!

Amazing stay but rooms need an update
One of my favorite hotels in Daytona beach! I love the cleanliness and maintenance of the pools and hot tubs. The location is amazing with it being in the center of ocean walk. The staff are also great. The only thing that would make it better is updating the rooms. Although clean, the rooms were outdated and showed wear and tear. For instance, the toilet was not secured properly to the ground, causing it to wiggle and at one point stopped flushing. The beds and pillows were not comfortable as well. One last thing was the type of room that we booked, was not the room that we got. I believe we received an upgrade but I really wanted the ocean view of the pier and not oceanfront. Overall still a great experience.

It took about 30 minutes to even get on the property for check in so that wasn't great. Not sure if they were understaffed at valet for the holiday? Other than that no real complaints except for the refrigerator in room. It was out in the open just sitting on the floor. Found that tacky

Hotels.com is terrible never using again
Hotels.com is a terrible company and I will never use their services again. Completely misleading with my reservation. Ended not getting what I booked well over a month ago because they don’t bother to “check inventory” of the rooms for the properties. The girl at the front desk was so nice and was in a crappy situation because of hotels.com. Hilton was great, no gripes with them. Hotels.com sucks and I am going to tell everyone I know to not use their services.

Run down
The property is super run down. Just tired and worn. Definitely not a resort, despite the resort fee. Not enough valets so long line to pick up and drop off car. got a room with an ocean view, but the window was so dirty, you could barely see out it, and it was blurry. Wouldn't stay again

Hilton at Daytona Beach, great but needs an updat.
Service was great. The view was spectacular and the state was very comfortable. The bellhops and the valets were exquisitely, helpful, and excellent in their timing and service. The only thing I would recommend is that this hotel consider refurbishment as it was structurally very dated and could see that a lot of the items were weathered over time Like the desk and the dresser in the room rooms. The only oddity was that there was not a chair for the desk in our room, but since we were only staying one day, we did not see the need to fuss over it. It was just an oddity.
