We did not receive any check-in information from the hotel. We had been informed that the hotel has a 24/7 reception. However, this was not the case. We were also unable to reach the hotel via its phone number, and no one responded when we rang the doorbell. We managed to enter through the door with help from another hotel guest. In the basement level (-1), which was a private area, we randomly found a person whom we asked for help (apparently a staff member?). Using their phone, we were able to call a hotel employee who gave us the check-in instructions. The person who answered the phone was really rude and blamed us for everything.
Breakfast was supposed to be included in the booking price, but this did not happen and there was no breakfast area in the hotel. Additionally, many features listed in the hotel’s services and additional details were not available at the property.
The cleanliness of the hotel was poor. There were stains on the floor and towels. We also found belongings from the previous guest in the room. The bathroom heater in the hotel room was not working.
There were signs in the hotel hallways informing guests about giving feedback. These stated that only positive feedback could be given through that channel.
