Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Front desk clerk pushed my keycard at me and said “Here” to conclude the check in process with me. keycards/locks on doors don’t work properly as we had to try the card a half dozen times times to get it to work. When we left for dinner, we saw another guest trying unsuccessfully to get their card to work. When we returned from dinner our card no longer worked. I went back to the front desk to get it replaced and the staff member there silently tok my card from me and returned it—no hello, no apology, no have a good night, nothing but silence. Fortunately it worked this time but we decided not to leave the room agsin.

It was ok, a little dingy. We asked 4 times for a pack and play or crib - I emailed, called, asked at the desk and called the desk - they kept saying "yes we have one, bringing it up" and they never did. Thank goodness we knew someone locally and could borrow one from them!

I have been staying at this property for decades as it has gone through various names and ownership. What was once an affordable, nice hotel has gone down hill in a major way over the past couple years and I can say, definitively, that I won't be staying here again. The rooms have not been updated in years and are definitely showing wear and tear. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels are sub-par at best. The staff is rude & unhelpful and the amenities are basically non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY!
Horrible. If I could give 0 I would. I don’t no recommend staying there. Smelled like smoked. Pretty sure people live there. Shower backed up and wouldn’t drain. Floor looked like a dog scratched it for hours. Bed were ok. Weren’t nice when we asked for extra towels. Keys never worked I had to get them fixed multiple times.
