Stay anywhere else
We stayed here for an event. We had our dog with us and were placed in one of the rooms separate from the main building. You couldn't make this stuff up.. The back door frame was ripped out and the lock was ripped out, the front door slide lock was broken in half, we turned the heat on and it filled the room with a nasty burning smell which was a nice break from the stale cigarettes. We were moved to the room next door, the staff knocked on the door and announced themself about 5 times to which i finally asked her if she thought someone may be in there unexpectedly. She finally opened the door but would not step in first- comforting! The new room had newly placed locks and no strong smells but safe to say we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. Also it looked like there were security cams on the second floor but the wires were cut.

DISGUSTING Health hazard
I have never stayed anywhere in such poor condition!!! I have pictures of filth and mold in the bathroom of my room. No part of my stay there was any better than that. You couldn't pay me to go there again, even if it were in addition to the room free. They offered No refund amount for my complaint as they think their motel is clean???? I'll be contacting the Board of Health next. They should close it down or knock it down and start over.

Don’t waste your money
This is the most garbage place to stay in my entire life experience, choose the hotel because of the name brand of quality inn but totally disappointed, I don’t advice anyone to waste there money, the rooms are dirty, bad smell, beds are not comfortable, quality inn franchise people needs to visit and perform inspection.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. Parking ample and available. Breakfast. Minimal. Most often toast and biscuits or bagel. One day scrambled eggs. Never any kind of protein. I would suggest considering. All in all a nice stay

Bad policies and practices
I am a pet owner and know when I'm not at home in my own yard to bring bags to clean up after my dog. I had someone approached me to tell me to take my dog out back cause they know I won't clean it up. I told them I was planning on cleaning up after my dog. My dog finished and I left to get breakfast and I was told I cannot bring my food to my room while guess complaining about me having a service animal in the eating area. Then on the morning of our departure they let me have breakfast in my room. Also our shower was filthy still had someone else hair all over it and the shower curtain had boogies on them and

Average
Average, we rented a kitchenette room, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, it felt like we slept in the clouds. Bathroom not as good, shower curtain had mold. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds and the tray also had mold, we didn’t use it. There was a new fridge and even a dishwasher with pods in there, we were there for just a night so we didn’t test it. It looks like the room had just been recently renovated with the exception of the bathroom. I’d say it was good enough for what we needed, price was pretty good. NO bedbugs which is always a plus.

Don't stay here.
I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The pictures online arent for this place. The only picture that looked accurate was the outside main building and the check in area. The motel is very outdated. It reminded me of what a low income efficiency apartment would look like. At check in there is a typed up piece of paper hanging on the wall mentioning something about if you don't like the cleanliness of your room you have 20 mins. to recieve a refund, this should of been the first red flag. The "suite" had a mirror barely hanging on the wall, the floor had old paint stains and something sticky on it, the bathtub was dirty. There wasn't a locked main door to get to your room so anyone could walk up to your door. In the room, the back door lock in the sleeping area was broke off, it did not feel safe there. We basically walked through and didn't end up staying there. I should of taken pictures, I wish I took pictures but I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Good luck getting a hold of the front desk. I called multiple times over a couple of days and nobody answered the phone. Someone however did answer on the reservation line, go figure. She transferred me to the main desk but still no answer, it would hang up after several rings. Read the reviews and steer away from this place.

Everything was wondeful, except for one thing... The mattress in our cottage was terribly uncomfortable. It felt very old/worn down. When laying down with someone else, you both sink/roll to the middle, and you can feel every spring.

I was disappointed with this place. First room we got has not been vacuumed in a while. The carpet was dirty, pieces of paper on the floor in the washroom and the entire room had an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat looked 100 years old, with scratches. We complained and were upgraded to suite. Was significantly better, but not amazing either. Was very stressful to go back and forth with a tired kid after us before being able to get in a room and rest. The breakfast was also disappointing, no choice at all. You either like scrambled eggs with sausage, or you don't eat. And we were not the only ones complaining. While I was waiting at reception, one customer asked for a room changed because of issues with the shower, and a second one dropped off the key after checking two rooms and declared they were disgusting so she was going elsewhere.

Check in took 30 minutes with only having 2 people in front of me. Someone who was already checked in came to the front desk and said their door knob was falling off the door and they had no linen on the beds. When I got to my room, the door was opened. I decided to check and see if my key worked, and it did by showing a green light…but the door wouldn’t open up. I had to go back down to lobby and switch rooms. Other then it being a long wait to check in, it was okay.
