Decent Place to Stay in Boise
It was quick and easy. Coffee station didn't provide real milk. Bed and room was comfortable and access to the Grove fitness center and pool was nice. Restaurant had too notch jazz music and great food. Not a bad option in Boise but pretty minimalist and maybe not the best option in town.

Coffee could be better!
The rooms are very well renovated and decorated. The restaurant is amazing; best Boise dining!
The room smelled like a backed up drain at the entry. The morning coffee bar is subpar and lacking any flavored creamers.

The dining option was a nice surprise. The hotel was nice, staff was a little indifferent, not very friendly. Hotel was clean, room was very nice. Spa tub was a bonus. We enjoyed our short stay.

Lovely clean hotel with the added bonus of having Chandlers attached which is a must visit.
Check in was quick and easy but there was no warmth from the staff and not even any eye contact which is why I took a star off.
The beds were wonderful. The room clean and well-appointed but the shower was underwhelming.
The amenities in the room still gave Covid vibes.
I would go back though.

Love the renovations and convenience/location of hotel. They had free bike rentals, free gym access to sister hotel, free water bottle filling stations. The girls at front desk both seemed to be new and not know anything about Boise University parent discounts and perks and wasn’t sure how the Expedia $21 credit I had left. And didn’t know I had a 1pm guaranteed check out until I had to ask. They were sweet, but I think they were knew.
I requested a high floor with a quiet room. They gave me a lovely room on a high floor but at 6:30/7am every morning there was construction noises coming from directly across street that work me up each morning along with the AC turning on and off every few minutes. I love this hotel and would totally recommend it, even w my few concerns, which can be easily fixed.
