had a deeply disappointing experience at Afflon Hotels. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout my stay, which made even basic communication and work difficult. The service overall was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with open disrespect by a receptionist named Mohammed. In front of his manager, he outright said he didn’t care whether I was happy with my stay or not, and repeatedly laughed at me when I raised my concerns. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service or courtesy.
