When I arrived on second floor with all bags in hand, my non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I reitterated the conditions to the motel agent and he assured me the room was non-smoking. After telling him three time the room smelled of heavy smoke, he moved me to a ground floor non-smoking room. Upon arriving to this room, the bathroom smelled heavily of smoke. Also, this property is located next to a hospital, and I awoke to every ambulance emergency.
I called Expedia to receive a refund, and Expedia did not handle the situation in a favorable way. I will not stay at this location again. I doubt I book with Expedia again, as their customer service is horrible along with them not correcting their errors speedily or to my expectations.
