While it was peaceful and quiet, with them abidding to their policy of being mindful of noise after 11, and the room being quiet comfortable, the cleanliness outside was a whole different matter. First day there on the hallway leading to my room there were countless trashbags outside one of the rooms making it unpleasant to pass. Add to that one of the hose came to the breakfast with no shoes on despite the sign saying it was required. And to add to that, the mice that kept roaming outside, both on the first and second floor. But inside the room, the cleanliness was maintained. That said their microwave kept making such an awful noise when used. That and the air conditioner lid was loose, while the cover for the controls was broken
Room was dirty. Found multiple earwigs in room including in bed. Bathroom was disgusting. Sink was clogged and peas and corn floated up from drain into sink. Pillows were old and gross and smelled strongly of cologne. Appears that hotel is a residence for some. Shocked that this is recognized as a Wyndham property.
We were given a room that was dirty and occupied not sure if it was squatters or an administrative mixup, either way I was disappointed. The front desk person said that since I booked through Hotels.com there was nothing he could do about getting a refund. We were given a different room but the whole vibe of the area and hotel gave me the creeps. I will never stay here again and am looking to move away from Hotels.com. Because we didnât receive the service we expected our money should be returned to us.
Itâs a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Itâs under renovation, but the inside rooms seem better than the outside rooms (rooms with doors to the outside directly). The rooms were clean, good sized. and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal: toast, cereal, and waffles. It was set up late, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Locally operated, so not much staff. Overall, itâs a good value and convenient location.
It smelled like someone smoked something illegal in my room before I arrived, then it was 83 degrees in the room when it was about that outside. The ceiling and walls were chipped paint and full of cobwebs, the tub was chipped and gross as well as the walls in the shower looked like they had been lime stained for years. Neither tv remote worked and the internet was down due to service issues so I was a pretty crappy night stay.
It had beds. Not the king bed we reserved and paid for but they did ovver 2 twin beds that were fine. The room was in decent condition but every other aspect of the hotel was in rough shape. Sure they have a toaster for breakfast. But it doesnât have handles. You want cereal? Sure, they have raisin bran and frosted flakes. You can tell the raisin bran is kind of fresh because you van see the box it came from laying out on the floor.
Terrible place to stay Rooms are outdated Not worth 98.00 a night.
It was very noisy at night the bed was very uncomfortable I could not sleep due to the people over my head I was on the second floor and they were on the third floor they were up all night Walking the Floor I called down to the office to ask them to call and let them know to please cut out the noise at 1:00 a.m. 2:00 in the morning, we never got any sleep Also we had to call the front desk to come fix the TV the TV was not working we first got there Wi-Fi and we never could get the Wi-Fi to work.
