Checked in Friday afternoon. Elevators were working. As the night progressed the elevators went down. Thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. However I suffer from chronic back pain. Elevators going down was a definitely an inconvenience. In my bathroom one of the panels were not properly secured. So much so it looked as of the was camera that could have been planted. Saturday morning, go down for breakfast still elevators are not working properly forced to use stairs again. Had vouchers for breakfast, staff was pleasant but the food was cold. After breakfast, was going to complain to front desk staff about issues. However, the line was long and the front desk attendant was on the phone handling something instead of getting the customers waiting in person 1st to clear lobby. Head upstairs to prepare for the day using the steps. Next, we head out elevators are still not working properly must use steps again. Once again, wanted to speak to staff behind front desk but they are on the phone with a couple people in line. I decided just hold complaint until end of trip. Sunday morning checking out. Hoping elevators are working so we won’t have to lug bags down steps. However, that’s not the case elevators are still not working properly so the bags are lugged down the steps for checkout. This was a huge inconvenience to my husband and I. Done form of compensation should be provided for guest.
