We arrived about 2am and were told we had only reserved 1 room instead of 2. So we paid for another room. At checkout they said we had a no show on our reservation! However, they couldn’t refund our money until the manager Sara came in which would be Monday or maybe a week from
Monday! Seemed like a simple correction to refund our money as this was clearly not our mistake. Very frustrating as the room and breakfast were fine. The lady who helped us was very nice, she was just not given the authority to do what was needed to take care of us. Now we need to call back and may or may not get our money back. This is a big red flag for me to never book a room at this hotel again.
