We usually love our stay at the Riverside Doubletree.. however from the point of checking in, this trip was an absolute mess. Wrong rooms at first (assigned us to an already occupied-adjoining room). Moved us to a totally different floor, which is understandable , but we also went from a suite to being told our new room will have to be a double-queen. The size of these beds were anything BUT a queen! More like a fluffy twin! Icing on the cake was absolutely no hot water in one of our rooms, other room was perfectly fine. Inconvenient, and very uncomfortable to settle for a cold shower at your favorite hotel on a quick vacation…front desk was notified and helpful assisting, zero disrespect or anything. But this whole stay was simply not what we are used to , at the same place we always stay. Very disappointed and will simply start staying across the river at the Hyatt. Problem solved.
